UD3H is an excellent and well built board. Many here recommend it.

Oh yeah there's one other question.

Someone said I shouldn't buy a 3570K anymore. I should go with the new Haswell generation, that means the 4670K.

Is that true?

Some tests say, the 4670K has less OC-potential than the 3570K and produces more heat while overclocking.

Some other tests say, that the new Haswell architecture kills the Ivy-Bridge genaration.

Actually everything is true. The 3570K and the 4670K have basically the same price in most of the retailers around the world. Ivy-Bridge has more overclocking potential, but it's and older generation compared to Haswell. For example if you have a i5 3570K overclocked at 4.7GHz it delivers the same performance as a i5 4670K at 4.4GHz-4.5GHz.

Yeah, it's an older generation and the upcoming CPUs will apparently all be Socket 1150 and you have a few more new features. That's the point, for which I would go with Haswell. But I'm not sure if that'd be a good decision.

The performance difference between a 3570K and a 4670K is around 10%. I would personally go with a 4670K and Asus Z87-A motherboard. Overclocking on Haswell depends on the chip that you will get:http://www.hardocp.com/article/2013/06/01/intel_haswell_i74770k_ipc_overclocking_review/6

70% of CPUs can clock to 4.5GHz

30% of CPUs can clock to 4.6GHz
20% of CPUs can clock to 4.7GHz
10% of CPUs can to 4.8GHz
Overall you will find most CPUs capable of reaching 44x to 45x with varying levels of voltage.

If you are overclocking, I would recommend getting an aftermarket cooler like a Hyper 212 Evo. I would change the gpu to another brand like Sapphire/MSI/Asus/ dual fan coolers because XFX coolers are not that good imo.
