Okay... start with the PSU then, just because this could be a bomb (I couldn't find info on it). Swap it before you change anything else. Get this one just because it's a complete steal for 55$.

 

Next up, get a decent monitor. A nice, 21" 1080p IPS. It'll do you wonders for your moba playing, your GPU is good enough to handle it.

 

Then, decide how much cash you have to spend on a new graphics card and we'll think about what's best for you.

Sigh... thx for mentioning this early. That's the first thing you do when asking for help, mention that you are not in US.

 

Anyhow, filter 500~600w PSUs that have at least 80+bronze. Make a list of them and we'll help you pick one. A general suggestion would be Corsair CX 500 / 600, those tend to be available everywhere.
