I hate to break it to you, but overclocking that card is a big no no.

Your card doesn't have any additional power plugs. It only draws its power from your motherboard, and so it's already very close to the max power draw of 75W (max power draw from a PCI-E lane on a mobo) when under load.

Save yourself the headache and don't attempt to overclock your card.

Don't worry, I'll cry with you. :(

Linus made a video on the 750ti with overclock settings in the description, they worked very well for me, if you changed the tdp limit you could go further, id also like to increase the tdp but i dont have the knowledge to do so and definitely not enough experience. One more thing are you sure its a strix card, I have an asus 750ti and as far as i know the card has a cooler similar to the dcuII but its not the same.

You can increase the power target to about 115%. This will take about 75W which is the max that the PCIe slot can provide. I'd suggest going to the LTT overclocking sheet and using that as a baseline to work off of... if they still have it.

They still do, and the asus card has a 6 pin connector

Only Asus would...

I still enjoy my Gigabyte 750Ti(ny) residing in the living room HTPC. Plays most games 1080@30 or more.

Yea,  i love my 750ti, I bought it for $75 US and dont regret it since, although I think tweaking the bios could unlock some extra power as I really dont mind some more heat. :)
