I have the msi gtx 970 and i am planning to go to the asus geforce 1060 6gb? is it worth it? is it more powerfull than the msi gtx 970?

I am going to say not really because it will only be a small upgrade. It can't be that large of a gain. I would recommend saving for the gtx 1070 if you want a significant upgrade.
