Overclocking help

So I overclocked my cpu to 4.6ghz at 1.4v with temps never going above 70 degrees celsius. Is this a safe oc for 24/7 or should I turn it down to 4.5ghz with 3.15v?(I have an i7 6700k and an h100i gtx water cooler).

    MSI GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G overclocked to 2063 MHZ and 8900 MHZ memory clock

    WD 1TB BLUE AND SAMSUNG EVO 250GB SSD

    EVGA 650W GQ

you can probably get 4.6GHz on 1.35V or something, dont to up to 1.4V, its bad for the processor

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

i've tried 1.35 on aida 64, but it just says hardware failed and then stops the test.

huh AIDA64 has never thrown me an error, just BSODs because of unstabile OCs, i dont really know of any other really good CPU stresstests but you could use the one in Intel extreme tuner, thats what i have been using because i cant bother to tamper with the date to run AIDA64 lol my 4690K is at 4.45GHz(45 multiplier) at 1.333V for reference but your chip might not be as good an overclocker and I7s tend to get lower clocks AFAIK anyway try using Intel Extreme Tuner, its great and what i use for overclocking seeing as you dont need to shut down your computer to change the overclock :D

Ok right now Im on 4.5 ghz at 3.15V. Ive stress tested this speed for an hour, but I will stress test it all night to make sure it is stable.
