I had this problem for a long time but I just ended up using iGPU. When ever i put a GPU in my system and boot up im fine for about 5 minutes then I crash and get stuck in a boot loop. Its a AMD Card and I get the same result even after do a clean install. I want to use a GPU man I miss running games on ultra, Also I wanna try Forza 6 Apex because ive been playing Forza since Forza 3 but sold my xbox when Forza Horizon 2 came out (Yes I am hyped for Forza Horizon 3) Anyways how do I fix this problem so I can actually use my GPU.

I HAVE DONE PROB 15 CLEAN INSTALLS AND IT DOESNT WORK

Yes I have tried installing with GPU in and it crashes

Do you have the drivers? Can you try the card in another system?

Even when no drivers it crashes and get stuck in boot loop. I try to install them but then Windows crashes during installation of them.

Weird thing is I tried with Win 7 Ultimate and I never crashed with GPU, Seems to be Win 10 Pro only

Reinstall Windows with the GPU already in the system.

Did that, Windows would get to 15% of installing drivers and stop and crash and not succeed

My bad, didn't read the post carefully. Do you have another PCI-E slot? Use a different one if you can.

second PCIE slot is 16x but only runs in 4x

my bad, read it fairly quickly.
what about the boot options such as safe mode and disabling driver signiture enforcement. mind you ive never booted safe mode without finishing installing windows so I dont know if its possible.

Have you tried installing windows 7, then upgrading to windows 10 from within the OS?

The weird thing is tho, My GPU worked fine with Win 10 Pro until my PC crashed one day in GTA V. Ever since my GPU has been different. Its like GTA V did something to my GPU permanently

highly unlikely

but you can try to RMA the card...

Have you excluded the power supply as a prime suspect of your misfortune?
