Can I clean GPU PCB with the spray? 

Yes you can do that I did this on my gpu and didn't have problems with it.

i know the whole rumors and such, here are the question,

I am pretty similar with this, just wanted to confirm...

 

-You can spray it on things such as Motherboard Circuits "gently" as well right? GPU PCB etc...

-It is also referd to as Gas Duster and other names like that...

Why not? That's what it's for, getting rid of dust. Just point the thing at the thing and press the thing and poof!

I assure you my intentions were different. I did not know who he was until googling that, but our technology has advanced rapidly and they're quite compact and easy to use these days. Might still disturb the neighbors though.

depending on what youre cleaning you could just wipe over with a VERY LIGHTLY damped paper towel with alcohol. 

 

such as your GPU backplate. or the top side of a HDD or an SSD.
