i have a really good  headphone and also a really good stereo system what should  i use?

Excuse me, but that sounds like a silly question to me. Since you have both, use either when circumstances is better suited for one or the other. Like if there're people about the house and you can only play at low volume on your  'really good stereo system', then using a pair of 'really good headphones' would be better. Likewise, if you're alone in the house, hell yeah, blast away on your 'really good stereo system'.

And the award for biggest first world problem goes to @Tasi3gaming

I would go with speakers whenever possible. It's just a way more natural listning experience.

You can play around with crossfade plugins all you like, but you'll never replicate a good pair of speakers.
