What is happening?

On gaming profile(default) the memory clock is 5040 MHz but when I change profile it reduces ONLY the mem clock to 4040(-1000MHz). Is this a bug?

Probably bug and it's better to create your own profile.

Not only is this false, it's also completely unrelated.

Seems like a bug either in detection or in the profiles.

Create a manual profile, and try to determine if the speed is actually changing while running an application.

Uninstalled with gpu tweak uninstaller and went back to previous version and it seems to be ok now.
