Cheap Wide Angle Lens

So I was thinking I should get another lens. Right now I have a kit 18-55mm and a 75-300mm I was thinking it wood be good to get a wider angle lens. I wasn't sure to go prime or not. I was thinking something with no more than 18mm if it's not a prime. And maybe around 12 for a prime. I am looking into a cheap one around $200 but if you can convince me that a lens is good enough and worth all the money then I will definitely get more money.
