If you're using a small ITX case the FE is the best.

Anything larger and I'd go with either the EVGA FTW (which I have) or the MSI Armor (which my wife has).

If you're into overclocking, look for more power phases and reviews since extra pins aren't influential this time around.

Colour scheme/preference and customer support are pretty much the only factors in deciding which card. They all perform about the same and their overclocking ability is dependent on the silicon lottery.

Although I will say cards like the EVGA GTX 1080 HYBRID GAMING are probably the 'best' thanks to their low temps.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

My EVGA FTW is pretty quiet at 100% fan speed. I don't have it running there usually high 80% low 90%, custom fan curve. Didn't realize how loud my 970 STRIX was until I put the new card in lol. It is also RGB btw if that has any interest for you, you have to use precision X OC though to change colours.
