I am getting a 6600k and I really want to hit the 4.5 ghz area. I need a 50 usd cooler or cheaper that will give me safe temps and will fit in my define nano s.

The Cryorig H7 or Hyper Evo 212 will be good choices. May not be able to quite make it up to 4.5 depending on voltages, but should produce a solid OC.
