Hey! I wasn't sure if this is the right forum. I am building mini ITX build with FT03 mini after I saw the linus build one. Its a year old and some of the stuff needs updating. My questions are:

1. What is the best GPU to shove down the case atm?

2. Linus never said what brand water cooler he was using hence - what watercooler should be good?

3. Can the case handle the heat production and power consumption of this magnitude?

Here is my makeshift build but i am not sure if it's the best combo:

Thanks in advance.

1.u can have a 10.5 inch card inside ( with case modding even longer)

i think a 290x  is 10.5 inches long  ( just wati for it - couple of days  i believe

3 yes   i believe it comes with a 450 watt gold rated PSU which ive seen people use it with a titan and a quadcore

u can install a larger ATX psu but u need to remove the dvd drive

I love the deal with RAM. GPU although cheaper, I am not sure it the best option since it's not blower design. Also why did you choose H80i cooler and not something like... H55?

Would rather get 2x4 GB the 1 8GB so that it does not run in single channel unless he is going to buy another 8Gb soon and if this is for gaming 8 is more then enough i tried to see how much ram i can use with a game .. its hard to even get to 3GB with intensive games

Needs Update

Between the hyper 212 eco and the h55 I'd choose the 212 because the only good coolers from corsair are the 80I and 100I

The fan in the cup won't be a problem :)

please dont choose a non blower gpu, you will toast the system on intensive games, the only open shroud gpus ive tested thats works fine with this case are gtx 660s, get blower gpus from evga, theyre awesome, cool, quiet and looks really sexy compared to others,

as for the cpu cooler, i think h60,seidon 120, or any slim 120 closed loop cooler will suffice if you wont overclock too much,

im having no troubles with stock cooler even on load, well that is maybe my cpu is non K version and i dont have plans to overclock my cpu,

if ever you plan to use a 3.5 hdd or an optical drive, you might want to buy the non modular 450w non modular sfx psu instead, the cables on the modular will have space conflicts with the 3.5 hdd bay, this is what i did 09082013175_zps60468788.jpg

and have a 140mm noctua fan on the list too, you will wanna ditch the included air penetrator because its noisy,
