So Ive got a problem here, one of my workstations is randomly restarting, it does not matter if its  under load or not:

CPU: i7 5960x 8Core

Ram: 64Gb ECC

M.2 SSD as boot and a total of 8  Samsung 850 Pro SSDs

External Thunderbolt Raid5 (Pegasus R5, 2 of them connected right now)

PSU: Corsair HX1000i

Mainboard: Asus X99-E WS (usb 3.1)

GTX 1080 Founders Edition

Everything on stock speeds!

The reboots happen every 1-2 Hours, nothing in the crash log, its like someone pulled the powercord.

What I tried:

Disconnect all peripherals

Checked Temps (Cpu 60C max, GPU runs Cool, PSU seems fine @30Celsius)

No Crash/High temps during Aida64 & Valley Benchmark with Blackmagic disk speed stressing all the Drives.

Replaced 1080 with a 980ti, 1080 running fine in other computer.

Mainboard sensors 40C Maximum

Different Power circuit (in the same room with another high powered PC,, which is running just fine.

Is there any other diagnostics that I can do without starting to replace stuff? I am happy to use a multimeter or other tools to track down the issue, sadly a new HXi  is not in stock anywhere near me right now, and I don´t have the time to rewire everything today. I will try to get my hands on a RM650i Later today but I am not sure the cables are compatible. (650w is way enough for this setup, it originally had 2 Titan X , thats why I went so overkill with the PSU)
