Network connection impossible

Hello,

 

A few days ago I got some windows error about the graphic card I think, so I tried to install some drivers etc, and finally reinstall windows 10 again.

No more graphic problems but now I can't connect to any network Wi-fi and Ethernet.

I get this message "Windows Sockets Registry Entries Required For Network Connectivity Are Missing", so I tried to reset Winsock and WinSock2, I went in the registry to do the same but nothing worked.

That's why I need your help people from the world !
