Dropped tablet in water, help!

i dropped a samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 into water and it got stuck on restarting where it repeatedly display the product name and going dark. There is no back cover i can open to pull out the battery without disassembling it. And there is no reset hole that i can put a pin into to restart the tablet. When i hold the volume down button it displays a message asking if i want to install a custom os and if i do press volume up and if i want to restart my tablet, press volume down. I tried both and the did nothing. Can someone please tell me what to do except to starve out the battery or bring it for repairs

You can put in a bag of rice for a day or two. It'll draw the water out while you wait for the battery to discharge.
