if i remember correctly it should be possible( remember putting 2 gt210s in a single pc for a multi monitor office setup)

Encode videos like rendering or like youtube videos? 

I tried it once but it looked like my VRAM was having a conflict the screen was glitching the GT 730 was in the top PCIE slot should I flip it?

might help, might also be a bios setting but im not sure
