Help me overclock please

you go into the BIOS and find the CPU multiplier and put it up a little bit, like 5 or so to begin with and then start the computer and run a stress test like AIDA 64 for 10min, if it crashes then go back into the BIOS and raise the voltage a little bit and keep doing that, just remember to not go above 1.4V and preferably not over 1.35V

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
