Sorry for the bad picture but even if the tag is a little different, as long as the model number is the same it should be fine right (the one on the top is currently in my computer as the new RAM is still in its packaging.)

Jk they're both the same go for it. You can check the speeds in the BIOS too just to be sure.

Don't scare me like that! Hahaha

Well funny when i put the RAM back in just my normal 8gb is said overclocking failed, checked cpu-z sure enough it went back to default 11-11-11-28 1600mhz, but a reset fixed it so yeah. 

Thanks for the fast reply, will put it in and post results.
