So I am planing a combination of Intel i5 6400, Msi B150M Gaming Pro and Patriot Viper4 2400Mhz 2x4GB ram so MBO is suporting  only DDR4 2133Mhz and I have 2400 because that is only dual channel ram in my store that suits me but frequency is different. So tell me can I put 2400 Mhz in 2133Mhz MBO and will it perform better because it is faster and can I put i5 6400 on Msi B150M Gaming Pro?

The RAM will automatically down lock to 2133Mhz.

Yes, the RAM will work just fine. By Default, the skylake series will just clock your ram down to the 2133 MHZ that it runs at. Anything above this requires XMP to be enabled if the board supports it, which I do not believe the B150 chipset supports.
