Yes it would work, but you'd want more CPU horse-power other-wise you will bottleneck the 760, you need an FX 6300 and ideally an FX 8320 for BF4.

A 4170 won't bottleneck the 760, hell a i3 doesn't even bottleneck a GTX 680 lol

My C2Q didn't bottleneck my 680 and only a bit on my 590 so yeah....
