BF1 would work better on the rx460 because it uses the frostbite engine and dx12. Frostbite engine works well with AMD, dx12 is icing on the cake. The other games would be better on 950

Or what you could do is save up an extra $70 and buy an rx 470. You wont have to worry about performance issues in that case

Probably, but hey, look at the bright side, he gets 2x VRAM, and enough performance to last more than 1 generation of games. He can always upgrade the CPU when he gets enough money and not need to upgrade the graphics card.

These wouldn't be bottlenecked... The RX470 has near 970 performance (as far as I know)... If you can, buy the R9 380...  The 960 is not worth it for the money and you're better off buying a 950 which offers similar performance and costs way less...

I would rather not get the 960 at all... An overclocked 950 has just 2fps less than a 960... And you are saving quite a lot of money....

Nvidia made a poor decision with the 960. 760 performance for more money... wut??

Yo what i recommend you doing is scrap the ssd that you might get and use that extra budget to get a better card like a gtx 960 which is about 40$ more than the 950. but if you cant i would go with the 950.
