Having an issue with my new fans.

I recently added some more fans to my rig. Two Corsair SP120's and one AF140. My case came with a generic Corsair fan, and the fan on my Hyper 212 Evo. I have a ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming mobo, and an i5 6600k. The issue I am having is that the new fans are running at 1500 RPM along with the case fan. In my Bios fan control settings I have them all set to quiet mode. The fans I had prior worked just fine. I've got no idea. I can't find anything. Any ideas, let me know, and thank you.

Download speedfan and cut the percent its at in half.

Which header is each fan connected to?
