Small vs. Tiny

So I am going to be building a PC for college and I want to go ITX because I've been sitting next to the Air 540 from Corsair for a couple years now and I want a change.  Also, I am not certain on how much desk space I have in my dorm room so I want my PC to be as small as possible so I can put it on my desk.  So I need some opinions on which build/case I have made on pcpartpicker.com because I can't really decide on a good looking case like the EVOLV ITX or the Sugo SG13B for just crazy compactness.

Anyway, assuming you didn't get to ask them, I would go with the Sugo to be on the safe side. 

Well my college is actually in England and I live in America so I can't really ask anyone lol
