Yes, I just wanted to try it once, but now I know. and moreover, just a 1FPS increase. Which is definitely not worth all the high temps!

I get this too. I have found lowering the brightness/contrast helps. Also blocking the blue light with either glasses or on the monitor helps sometimes

Ew, you'd never want to run a monitor at 100% brightness anyway! It'll help the monitor die sooner, and distort the colour quality.

 

10% sounds a bit low to me personally, but if it's in a dark/blackout room, sure :P

woops i was wrong it's on 3%, which on my other  monitor is equivalent to it's 50%

My cousin had  headaches when he would game and read books.  Things that required concentrating on stuff close to his eyes. 

 

He want to the eye doctor and got checked.  Needed glasses and got glasses.  

 

After that no more headaches
