Acoustic foam kits don't do that much to lower noise. If you want your system to be quiet, tend to the components that are too loud.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

Oh I know exactly what is loud but I want the fans to spin fast it keeps the temps low

What are your specs and current temps?

Idle temps don't really matter. What are your load temps?

Those are very low temps.  You're fine up to 80-90c at load for both.

Lower your fan speeds if you find them too loud.
