Company Box cooler

those tend to suck.

get something like a hyper 212 EVO.

BTW: your GPU, BIOS, RAM, Motherboard, etc. don't make any difference in your CPU's heat output

Even the 90 degrees is too much for it.

Reseat the cooler and make sure you lock it right.

Would a PSU effect this problem? What if the CPU is power Hungry (I highly doubt)

Reseat the cooler

as far as I understand, he's already done that.

when i was using the intel stock cooler, my 4770K skyrocketed up to almost 100C under full load. however, the temperature at which a 4770K begins to thermal throttle is 105C, so the component is not at immediate risk. (i totally understand that 100C is terrible for my CPU, I'm just saying that it would take a while for the CPU to die at 100C

my advice would be to order a 212 EVO now, but don't worry about it until the 212 EVO comes, because unless OP is going to be running his CPU at 100% for a week straight, little to no damage will be done.

not really.

PSU delivers power. if the power is clean, CPU functions normally. If the power is bad (lots of fluctuations) it causes instability.

the only way power delivery would be responsible for more heat were if OP were overvolting, which he is not doing.

Double post sorry,

Also make sure u have good airflow in your computer.

Cable management and computer placement can also effect the airflow within your PC.

I have also try that and I am having air conditioner but still not working

Well tweaktown got 80C on stock load with their 4770k on the stock cooler

No, cable management doesn't effect performance:

One more thing my Motherboard temp was on 33°

That's totally fine.
Is your case small? Small cases tend to have much worse airflow, which can lead to a hotter CPU

Yes I have small case RIO X-CORE

I cant find that case anywhere on the internet. how small is it? can you give me approximate dimensions.

some really small cases can't fit a 212 EVO, in which case you would probably want to opt for liquid cooling

Thanks for the link.

that case should have totally fine airflow, and isn't that small so I really cant identify the problem. (maybe the thermal paste between the die and heat spreader is put on wrong?)
just get a 212 EVO, and call it a day would still be my suggestion

Redo the thermal paste:

1- Buy a kit from a pc store like maplin, I got the akasa kit fir £12 and it has been fine

2- Using the bottle, out some of the liquid on two a tissue and wipe the surface of the CPU (GPU if applicable), once you have taken the heat sink off

3- Do the same with the heat sink

4- wait two - three minuits

5- using your tee-shirt wipe over the CPU/GPU to make sure there is no tissue left.

6- Take the thermal paste and put a line in the middle. It needs to be as long as the longest edge.

7- use the spreader, or your finger, to make it so you have a even layer and you can't see the CPU.

8- Put the heat sink back on, but before you tighten it down wait like half a minute to ensure the air has gone.

I have done it like his hundreds of times on mac's, pc's and laptops and i have found it gives the best results.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
