6600k will be more expensive up front, but you save in the future by being able to recycle the drr4 ram and possibly the motherboard.

depends if you already have the haswell platform. if so, just get an i7

Unless you already have parts or plan on buying used parts going for the newest tends to be the better idea

Eh 10 bucks isn't much, though the motherboard differential will likely be more than 10 dollar difference
