ttpcmn.dll is missing from my computer

Can someone help me figure out this issue with the ttpcmn.dll? It is missing apparently and I need it to work in order to view a pfsense box over serial

if its with the os so repair it with a install disk/media that should fix it

if it's with a program then reinstall it that should fix it
