OFFLINE STREAMING WITH OBS ??

i didnt know where else to post this so here i go ;-;. as the title suggests, i wanna stream offline, in a LAN fashion, for people in other rooms on another PC. can it be done ? if so please provide any links or tips of your own. i have basic knowledge of OBS (i know how to setup a basic stream for twitch or youtube) but beyond this i know nothing.

for what? i dont think you can so just stream on twitch and open it on the other computers

Why would you want to stream it to people in the same house? Can't they just watch it in person?

that was just an example...  lets say i have a gaming internet cafe, and there's a tournament going on on the upper floor. i want to stream it real time for them via lan. thats what im getting at

get a capture card and run an hdmi cable

Are there multiple sources? If not there is no reason for using OBS. Just mirror the source monitor to the larger one.
