I'm sorry if i get this in the wrong category or anything as i am new to this forum. so on with the problem, I have a bit of an issue with a graphics card that i managed to grab rather cheaply. As i have a black and red colour scheme i was going to paint it black or red, or maybe both who knows but first i had to remove the paint, that's when i ran into a problem as i couldn't get the paint removed. The paint is halford mix spray paint and apparently rubbing alcohol works but i'm trying to find an alternative as i am too lazy to get out of my house and go buy some. Please help!

You will require something much more aggressive than just plain isopropyl alcohol, but if your just wanting to recolor the unit you don't need to strip it down to bare metal just scuffing/sanding the surface with some scotch Brite and preping the surface for paint is good. If you want more detailed info on it I have a guide on that here under General Painting and GPU Painting:
