Okay, so a weird thing is happening. Sometimes after turning my screen off and going to bed, I wake up to this:

Spoiler

Notice how the right part of the screen is displaying on the left and vice versa. And how there are a bunch of... "artifacts" at the very bottom, which start flashing if I hold the mouse over the start menu or open it (doesn't happen with a search or hovering over other items, however).

Funny thing is, using PrintScreen to show you guys what was going on, the picture showed up as if nothing was wrong. Rebooting the PC also solves it.

Does anyone have an idea as to what the hell's going on and how can I fix it (I don't wanna reboot PC every time it happens)?

Looks similar to a corruption, where stuff in the memory (in this case vRAM) gets mixed up.  It sounds like it could be vRAM because your actual screenshot comes up fine.

You could try using DDU to clear and re-install your video drivers, but it honestly could be a number of things (overheating, the monitor/laptop screen connection going bad, etc).

You can keep trying different things.  I've had APUs do weird glitchy stuff too, but not quite like that.
