windows 10 Windows 10 Installation Error

Every time near 95%, the installation for windows 10 on my new PC I built gives me an error code, windows error code 0x8007045D. It says, "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation.

P.S. My friend posted this in another section, and no one replied. I hate to have to repost something, but he has no other option, and is frustrated by this.

What type of media are you using to install it?  DVD or USB?  If you created a Windows installer USB flash drive, maybe the download was corrupted and you should retry with a fresh copy.

My friend was using a windows 10 usb copy, do you mean that he should reformat the drive and install fresh?

Yes.  Use the Windows Media Creation tool to download a fresh copy of Windows 10 and install it on the USB flash drive.
