Window Vpn Host Multiple Users at once

So i am in my second house atm but many sites are locked to the country from where i am from, i setup rdp to my desktop before i left i now setup an windows hosted pptp vpn from windows itself if i connect my laptop its fine if i connect my phone its fine but both at the same time doesnt work i tryd multiple accounts, is there any option that it will work ?
