Final Build (suggestions?)

You should get a better CPU cooler. Maybe a AIO.

i already have it lying around in my house so im going to use it for now but in the future i might change to water cooling

In my opinion, you should ditch the Hard Drive. do you really need 3TB? if you don't i would suggest replacing it with an SSD.

it's a giant mushroom... MAYBE IT'S FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seasonic. One of the best brands.

Also, I would also get a i5 6600k and a 1080 instead of a 6700k and 1070.

Nvm, I remembered you'll be using 1080p@144hz. Good CPU and GPU choice.

i was able to get the hard drive on newegg.ca refurbished for 55$ so im going to stick with it for now (i got a 2tb version)

Don't worry about it. Most companies have their Great PSUs and their undesirables. You can usually find a decent PSU from any name company.

I highly recommend you to take a look at some gold or platinum 500~600w Seasonic PSUs. They use high quality components.

G2, GS, and the GQ are all fine models. You can't go wrong with any of them.
