Hello, so I know that you can choose which section of the screen that notifications show up on.........but I was wondering if there is a way to choose which display the notifications show up on. For example:

I would like to have my notifications appear on display number 2 or 3, not number 1.

You would probably have to connect the displayes differently to your graphics card so that either monitor 2 or 3 is monitor one and than change the primary monitor in your video driver (if AMD allows this).
