EK Predator 360 is an AIO for water cooling and probably the best one out there.

Is it possible to set up watercooling similar to an aio cooler with just a radiator, tubes, and heatsink with a pump built in?

I was considering wanting to do this with a 360 radiator as I dont think I have space for a resorvoir.

There are ones like the Predator that use a pump/res on a rad or certain CPU blocks that have pumps built in but they aren't usually the best. There are super small res/pumps  units that you can squeeze into small spaces.

There are sort of AIO options but that give you the option to expand later.

I think swiftech and another brand have that. Google is your friend :)
