Correct, I am Australian, which is really annoying with the shipping prices because it takes a little bit off my budget which I could use for upgrading the SSD like you said.

That's a Tier 4 PSU, is either EVGA or Seasonic PSU available to you?

that  ($564.23)  estimate for the 1070 is incorrect you need to account for shipping

Take a look at this list and get anything from Tier 1 or 2 that is available to you and is within your budget.

 

EVGA GS, GQ or Seasonic S12G should be within your budget range.

Yes, the CPU, Video card, SSD, CPU cooler and Motherboard. Maybe a PSU soon as well.

If you're not going to SLI that 1070 then it is fine.

RIP it exceeds it by a few hundred so I guess I'll have to send it through in different shipments/payments.
