Hackintosh Build (Help)

Hello, I'm looking to put together a Hackintosh build & was hoping I can get some help in selecting parts for the build. I've been looking at sites like http://www.tonymacx86.com/buyersguide/july/2016#CustoMac_Mini_Deluxe, but I'm unsure if these routes are the most optimal. 

 

Budget: $1200-1400 with ~$500 reserved for a monitor allowing for $700-900 worth of computer parts.

Desktop: Intel 4770k - 12GB Vengeance Pro 1866Mhz RAM - Asus Maximus VI Formula Mobo - Asus Strix 970 SLI - Cooler Master V850 PSU -  Nzxt Phantom 630 Case  - 1TB WD HDD - Samsung 840 Evo 250GB SSD - Nzxt Kraken X60 - 24" Asus VG248QE 1080p Monitor - Logitech G35 Headset -  G502 Proteus Core - Logitech G710+ Keyboard - Nzxt Hue - Windows 10

i5 6600k, coolermaster hyper 212 evo, gtx 960, Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI, Phanteks P400s (white), a case fan and some thermal paste and a samsung 850 pro, and any 2 tb hdd. Should be around 800$, but I didn't add it up.

Sony MDR V6 (DT 250 pads), restored 1987 AKG K240M 600ohm (Cosmos pads with dt250 filters), AKG K7XX, Beyerdynamic DT990 pro 250 ohm, Bose Ae2 & Sony MDR v150. All off of a Bravo V2 shuguang tube, Little Dot mkII with GE JAN 5654 tubes, a CEntrance Dacport slim and a UCA222.

Mainly for XCode and iOS development for swift, with watching movies and other basic stuff on the side.
