don't get the 970 this late in the game. Get a 1060/1070/rx480/rx490.

don't get a 8350 either. Get a skylake i5. i5 6500/6400

you are going to need to change that motherboard and ram to be compatible with intel.

If you are a amd boy, you can wait for Zen

Are you goin to buy this of do you have this?

If you going to buy it get a rx 380 and a i5 6400 instead. If you already have it, id save up and wait.

No gtx 970,go for a GTX 1060/rx 480

The FX series of CPU's is quite old go for skylake

Add another 8gb of ram

And your set to go (just remember to change the motherboard to a 1151 socket one and DDR4 ram if you decide to go with skylake)

Do you have a budget for upgrades?

Its pretty good and your spending 300+ to get about 20-30% more perf(or even more money for more performance)

Bottleneck

what the hell are you talking about? a 6600k won't bottleneck a 1070.
