How to set up Adaptive Load Balancing on a motherboard with dual LAN?

I have a motherboard (GIGABYTE X99-UD5 WiFi). I want to know how can I set up Adaptive Load Balancing on it?

Well you basically gave us no information. What os do you use? What brands are your nics?

I use Windows 10. Nics are Intel (basically what my motherboard has).

 

2 x Intel® GbE LAN chips (10/100/1000 Mbit)    Link to my motherboard
