So I have an i7-4790k with a corsair H100iV2, which is a liquid cooler. So my PC's CPU should be running at relatively cooler temps but it runs at 70 C when playing overwatch. I also run two monitors. Anyone know what the problem might be? Or how to cool it more effectively?

Aren't you forgetting something? Say... fan speeds, what's your OC, your voltage, your ambient temps.... you know, stuff that has A LOT of influence over your temperatures.

Sorry man, I don't know a whole lot about computers. Kinda learning as I go. But hope this helps, and the ambient temp in my room is about 80 right now at 10 pm

Take a screenshot under load (aka the game running) please. Taking it when idling doesn't anything how it's running when stressed.

Okay, 27C at night. Pretty high if you ask me (not that I don't know what it feels like).

So... your CPU is running at around the high 50s, not 70s. Totally what I'd expect. There doesn't seem to be anything particularly wrong about it.
