Auto Desk Fusion 360:

overall not a very demanding program, however I'd like better render times when using ray tracing

Games

Truck Sim, Cities Skylines, Dirt rally, GTA. I want to play Just cause 3 and the new windows Forza game.

 Monitors

Current monitor is a LG D23342

I am not certain of what route to take with display options. I am happy with 1080, i'd ideally like 3 monitors. to be perfectly honest I dont know what would suit my use case scenario best.

 Peripherals

Mastercam is calling for windows 10 Pro so i will need to buy a copy of that, i have a mouse and keyboard.

 Why are you upgrading?

I am starting to bring my work home with me and I need something a little more powerful than my current build.

AMD FX-4100

Asus M5A79 evo

16GB corsair vengeance ram

XFX 7950

Hardware Manufacturer preferences:

I really like Asus motherboards and willing to pay the Asus tax.

GPU wise, i like EVGA, Asus and XFX, but open to other options because I've never owned a card from the green team.

Here is what I pieced together on PC part picker. i dont really know what i am doing and am probably being very inefficient with my budget.
