Hey guys, I'm getting a Define S, and I was wondering if you think this would be enough cooling. I was thinking of moving the front fan to the bottom next to the PSU to feed my 1070FE (I got it for $379, thanks local Best Buy!) directly, and use the front for my H100i, as to keep the moduvents in to keep it quiet.

Thanks for your input, m9s.

It would probably be a good idea to mount the rad in the top, get some intake fans in the front, then get an exhaust fan for the back.

It has 2 fans, an intake and exhaust, but the top doesn't have any filters, and with my CPU being cooled by said radiator and fans, only my GPU needs DIRECT cooling, and the bottom seems like it'd line up really well.

It sounds okay but I'd at least get an exhaust fan.

i'd actually suggest to have the rad in the front, the define S is meant to have a rad there, if the tubing is long enough it's the thing to do.

beyond that keep one fan in the rear, and the other either in the front next to your rad (if it fits) or in the bottom next to your psu.

tubing from a h100i is long enough (mine works really well) in the define s to mount to the front intake.

swapped fans to use either the SP120 PWM QE or Rosewill Hyperborea (preferred) for legitimate quietness under load. does not affect the GPU temperatures at any length.
