I think it  should be license that is tied to a account and you just sign in on the pc and and it get the license

A fair point, I guess it's a profitable enterprise for Microsoft to charge and license the way they do, though.  

 

In regard to keys for Windows 10, your best options are sites like G2A, a gamble on Reddit, or buying a retail copy of Windows 10 Home or Pro at full price.
