CPU: INTEL I3-6100, 3.7GHz, 3MB, BX80662I36100
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 950 GAMING 2GB DDR5 128-bit

PSU: Corsair CX-M Series CX450M SEMI-MODULAR
MOBO: GA-H110M-S2V DDR3
RAM: CRUCIAL 2x4GB DDR3L, 1600MHz, CL11, CT51264BD160BX
HDD: Toshiba 500GB 7200RPM 32MB SATA III
Case: Segotep Case AND Black-Red
 

Or this one?

And the CPU, will be upgraded in the nearest future :

The first one, but get a Skylake i5 and game on the iGPU until you can afford the GTX 1060. If you need more detailed advise, give us more details about use, budget and place of purchase.

I really can't if i get an i5 then no graphics card

Place Romania, budget 2250 RONS and for gaming
