Very important. You forgot taxes. This is EU. Taxes are included in prices

True, with your build, I would get a 6400 instead and spend less on the case to make room for an RX 470.

I'll be losing some money just by exchanging them in dollars

Exactly same price in my country i can do the build with the 950

If the RX 480 is overprice i don't expect the RX 460 to be in the sum of the gtx 950

I expect there will be a 1050 soon. It will most likely be a bit more than the 950, but I would get it or the RX 460 if you can.
