1600$ gaming and video editing pc

I want to build a pc that can edit videos (I want to try making youtube videos but since I'm just starting out it doesn't have to be  oriented for video editing to much)I want to  play games at 1440p or 1080p ultrawide (I can't decide) i live in the US I want to build a pc for around 1600$ and I want a monitor for around 400$.

Thanks for the build I'll most likely be buying it in a week tho I'll research a bit more for the monitor but this one seems really good thanks
