I recently purchased a 980ti, i7 6700k, 32 gigs of ram, and a BenQ XL2420. I put the system together with no major errors but could not get all of my monitors to display. I have three, 1920x1080 60hz, 1920x1080 144hz, 1920x1200 60hz. They are connected (in that order) with HDMI, Dual Link DVI, Dual Link DVI converted to DisplayPort. I can easily get all three monitors to work but not together. I had previously gotten all three to work at their native resolutions at 60hz and now with 144 I cannot.

What I am asking here is, will I be able to run all three monitors successfully at their highest refresh rates at highest resolution with the cables that they are connected with or will I have to buy some DP cables for all of them.

What do you mean together ? You mean by simply doing windows key + p then selecting extend ?

Go into nvidias control panel there should be an option for the setup of the displays. Alternatively right click the desktop and click screen resolution. Options for the other panels should show up in there.
