Good PSU's don't come built-in to cases. If you want a decent power supply, you'll probably have to buy it on its own, case separate.

The only one I'm aware of is EVGA's Hardon, but it's a small mini-ITX case. Otherwise most included PSUs are crap and it's not uncommon to fail after a year or so.

 

EDIT: The only exception is if the case manufacturer also makes quality PSUs, like Corsair, Silverstone, and Antec (though you may want to check the PSU model anyway to make sure it's not from their budget lineup)
